Investment Amount
The minimum qualifying investment is USD 800,000, when the project is located in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) as designated by USCIS.
The William meets this requirement.
Job Creation
Each EB-5 investor must contribute to the creation of at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs for American workers, either directly or indirectly through construction and project operations.
The William is designed to exceed this requirement through sustainable development and operations.
Permanent Residency
The EB-5 Program grants permanent residency (Green Card) to the investor, spouse, and unmarried children under 21.
After approval of the I-526E petition and job creation verification, investors obtain full U.S. residency rights and the option to apply for citizenship.
Legal Capital and Transparency
All investment funds must come from a lawful and traceable source of funds.
The NCE manages capital within strict USCIS compliance standards and provides investors with regular reporting and oversight.
